Duoprime P One Matte

Duoprime® P One Matte is a one-layer, one component coating for PP edge bands, developed to make PP as easy to coat as ABS. Applied at around 9 g/m², it combines the functions of primer, coverage/surface leveling, and topcoat in a single layer, helping simplify the coating process and reduce production steps. The product is a 1K system, free from isocyanates, and is based on covalent adhesion to PP, delivering very strong bonding even on difficult polyolefin surfaces. The result is a matte, durable, and uniform surface with good scratch resistance and a stable processing window — especially suited for unicolor PP edge bands where the goal is to achieve the right gloss, appearance, and surface performance directly on the PP substrate.
