Mercene Labs AB (“Mercene”, “we”, “us”) develops and supplies industrial adhesion solutions. We operate this website to provide information, collect enquiries, and support our customers. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mercene Labs AB is the data controller.

• Contact forms. Name, company, email, country, message details, and optional project information you submit.
• Usage & analytics. Aggregated, anonymized site analytics (page views, referrers) to improve the experience.
• Email communications. When you request TDS, samples, or reports, we store delivery information and opt-in confirmations.

We process personal data only for legitimate purposes:

• Responding to enquiries, sharing technical documentation, and organizing trials.
• Fulfilling sample or report requests, including shipping logistics.
• Scheduling follow-up meetings and maintaining customer records.

Data is hosted within the EU with reputable cloud infrastructure providers. Contact requests are retained for up to three years for auditing and customer care. System audit logs are stored for up to 24 months. We delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer needed.

6. Sharing & processors

We only share your data with processors that help us deliver services such as hosting, security, email delivery, analytics, and logistics (when you request physical samples). All processors are bound by appropriate data protection agreements. We never sell your information.
