Privacy policy

Mercene Labs AB, Teknikringen 38, 114 28 Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for your data. Questions? Email privacy@mercene.com.

Only what you send us through the contact form or the savings calculator: your name, company, email, what you write or enter, and a delivery address if you ask for samples.

Like any website, we also see technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and to count visits anonymously.

To answer your enquiry, send the reports or samples you ask for, and follow up with you. That’s it — no newsletters, no advertising, and we never sell your data. Our hosting and email providers process it for us, some of them in the US under EU-approved terms.

We use one cookie, so the savings calculator can email you your report. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Up to three years after we were last in touch, then we delete it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or tell us to stop contacting you — just email privacy@mercene.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
